With new condominium projects in Vancouver selling out at speeding rates, real estate marketer Bob Rennie, whose company was responsible for selling the Cambie and Marine towers, speak about condiminium purchase trends in the city.
Rennie highlights that?buyers of the new condo towers mostly came from neighbouring areas and almost 50% of them spoke Chinese at home.??In addition, majority of the buyers aged under 40 and a quarter of which were in fact?first time buyers.
Rennie also makes an important indication that accessible transit has become one of the most crucial and influential factors for condominium buyers as opposed to location or access to parking.
